    Flexible Scheduling

    This position plays a crucial role in our financial department, providing support to the financial controller in all areas of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures.

    Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
    Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.
    Assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process.
    Reviewing and reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.
    Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and financial models.
    Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
    Experience in preparing financial statements and reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
    Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.

    Proven experience in managing the month-end close process and account reconciliation.
    Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiencies.
