We are currently looking for you as a (Junior) Specialist for Environmental Management (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our locations in Berlin, Cottbus, Neustrelitz, or Schwerin.


Your tasks:

  • Your main responsibility is to advise and support managers and employees in fulfilling their duties as entrepreneurs in accordance with environmental management requirements (e.g. soil and water protection, nature and species protection, emission control, waste management, hazardous materials, etc.)
  • You are responsible for implementing and further developing the environmental management system in the areas you are responsible for in the East region
  • You also conduct training on your topic in the region
  • You are responsible for monitoring compliance with internal environmental protection requirements and external environmental regulations including regular, documented inspections of facilities, plants, and construction sites
  • You prepare statements on environmental protection issues in all phases of planning and implementation of maintenance measures, as well as in operational tasks for infrastructure projects, and handle complaints or inquiries regarding environmental issues
