We are currently seeking a qualified Track Mechanic (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at our location in Saalfeld (Saale).

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs according to relevant guidelines and creating computerized reports in SAP
Assisting with construction, modification, installation, and dismantling of facilities and providing technical supervision in accordance with VVBAU during maintenance, repairs, renewals, and replacements
Participating in updating technical plant data in SAP
Other tasks may include winter service, safety planning, and responding to inquiries from third parties

Your profile should include:

Completed training in a metal or construction profession, such as locksmith, road builder, metalworker, or civil engineering worker/track builder
Willingness to acquire necessary qualifications for the job. Applications from already trained track mechanics are also welcome
Strong customer and results orientation, initiative, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in common computer programs
Valid driver's license
