Job Description

Join our team and be responsible for creating offers in our core business using the standard product portfolio.
You will be in charge of planning heating systems based on customer inquiries.
Additionally, you will develop planning proposals or system configurations using independently researched and partially provided technical data.
As a system consultant, you will conduct technical elaborations, simulations, and costeffectiveness calculations using software, taking into account economic and legal aspects.
You will also answer technical questions from installers, heating technicians, end customers, and public institutions using standard catalogs and processes.
You will also provide assistance in problemsolving for customers and end customers and support sales representatives in technical matters.
Lastly, you will be responsible for compiling and internally communicating general information regarding product advice and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Education: completed technical training
Personality and work style: customeroriented, communicative, teamoriented, technically analytical, with the ability to abstract
Experience and expertise: several years of relevant work experience, general product and system knowledge in hydraulics
