What you'll do:

Optimize, modernize and install - your tasks are as diverse as our numerous properties and customers. From day one, you'll be able to get hands-on experience. Of course, you won't be alone. Together with your colleagues, you'll work every day throughout NRW to modernize and install heating and plumbing systems for our tenants. You'll be on the go a lot and demonstrate patience and skill during installation work, have a good sense for problem analysis, and show perseverance when troubleshooting our water and heating circuits. You always make sure to take enough time for the individual concerns of our tenants. They appreciate your work because you know what needs to be done.

What you'll learn:

Each week, you'll dive into the theoretical world of supply engineering at the vocational college in Dortmund, deepen your existing knowledge, and exchange ideas with others. You'll apply your learned knowledge in your everyday work when you go
