Your responsibilities:

Assisting with event and conference planning, including contract management
Organizing projects and events such as ad boards, conferences, and webinars
Maintaining relationships with key suppliers, organizers, and other industry contacts
Ensuring compliance in event planning and execution
Coordinating with employees, clients, and suppliers
Assisting with the creation of multichannel materials
Actively supporting the maintenance of existing platforms such as Esanum and Streamed up
Assisting other MCM managers with technical platform maintenance
Supporting other MCM managers in cross-product multi-channel projects
