Network Administrator (m/f/d)
Full-time, permanent position · Cologne Your responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of network components in schools and business customers
- Support of service providers in the commissioning of network components
- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of reported malfunctions on site or remotely
- Participation in projects within the network area as well as across departments
- Development and optimization of network environments
- Further development of the network concept for operation in schools and business customers
Your profile
- You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in computer science, or have gained comparable experience as a career changer (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have manufacturer certifications from Cisco (CCNA), Aruba (AMF) or Fortinet (NSE4)
- You work independently as well as in a team and are solution-oriented
- You have a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured and careful working style
- You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written are required - additional
