  • Administration and maintenance of network components in schools and business customers
  • Support of service providers in the commissioning of network components
  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of reported malfunctions on site or remotely
  • Participation in projects within the network area as well as across departments
  • Development and optimization of network environments
  • Further development of the network concept for operation in schools and business customers

Your profile

  • You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in computer science, or have gained comparable experience as a career changer (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have manufacturer certifications from Cisco (CCNA), Aruba (AMF) or Fortinet (NSE4)
  • You work independently as well as in a team and are solution-oriented
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured and careful working style
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
