    Description

    The IT Manager, Business Relationships primary responsibilities include management over assigned domain, and act as a liaison to the business owner and the IT planning lead for business customer(s) and is the conduit through which business priorities and needs are communicated and incorporated within the overall IT plan and standards. The IT Manager, Business Relationship is accountable for the intake of new capability requests as well as an escalation of issues in current capabilities. IT Manager, Business Relationship will develop and publish the Group/DivisionIT Strategy (for the supported domains) and document key business initiatives, and the IT strategy required to support the business. This role will be focused to service assigned domains.

    The primary responsibility of the role is to partner with the business function areas, IT executives, Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Leaders and Project teams, Business Process and Business Planning leaders to create an actionable roadmap for the work IT teams will deliver. The IT Manager, Business Relationship must navigate cross-functionally with leadership in pursuit of demand management, resource alignment, and solutions delivery. The incumbent is the representative of the business partners to the IT organization for the realization of business value through IT Delivery. The role provides thought leadership on industry trends and innovation opportunities for their respective domains to be incorporated into future capabilities.
