Our recovery center is an evidence-based addiction rehab that is geared to help clients achieve real recovery results. High addiction treatment standards allow this company to attract talented addiction and mental health professionals. We are currently searching for an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.


Join Our Team
The Director of Nursing is responsible for all Nursing related services for each client.

They are also involved in ongoing monitoring and evaluation to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of client care.

In addition, they are involved with the development and evaluation of nursing unit personnel, and maintains the optional medical aspects of the client care unit.


Requirements:


  • Active TX nursing license in good standing
  • 2 year minimum experience with Substance Use Treatment
  • 1 year minimum experience with supervisory role
  • Willing to commute or relocate

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services.
  • Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitor and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the nursing department budget efficiently.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Policy Development: Establish nursing policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
  • Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients to ensure their needs are met in care delivery.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
