Join Our Team
We're hiring a Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing services, ensuring top-quality care for our clients. This role involves continuous monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of client care delivery.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and assessing nursing staff while maintaining the highest medical standards in our care unit.
RequirementsM.S.N in Nursing Preferred or Bachelors in Nursing
Active OK Nursing license in good standing
2 year minimum experience with Substance Use Treatment
1 year minimum experience with supervisory role
Willing to commute or relocate

Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop evidence-based treatment protocols for substance use and mental health disorders.

Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
Manage budget and resources effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster relationships and enhance visibility.
Monitor patient progress and refine treatment approaches.
Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Stay updated on industry trends and SEO best practices for marketing strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
