    Join Our TeamWe're hiring a Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing services, ensuring top-quality care for our clients. This role involves continuous monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of client care delivery.

    Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and assessing nursing staff while maintaining the highest medical standards in our care unit.

    RequirementsM.S.N in Nursing Preferred or Bachelors in NursingActive OK Nursing license in good standing2 year minimum experience with Substance Use Treatment1 year minimum experience with supervisory roleWilling to commute or relocateBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefit package including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, PTO and moreResponsibilitiesOversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

    Develop evidence-based treatment protocols for substance use and mental health disorders.
    Spearhead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
    Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
    Manage budget and resources effectively.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to foster relationships and enhance visibility.
    Monitor patient progress and refine treatment approaches.
    Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff.
    Stay updated on industry trends and SEO best practices for marketing strategies.
    Performs other duties as assigned.


    Pay:
    $120,000 - $130,000 per year
