- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing electromechanical medical devices
- Prior history developing and executing commercially driven marketing strategies that optimize data to measure progress and improve performance.
- Growth mindset
- Strong leadership skills with a track record for nurturing talent.
- Experience in sales or sales operations positions is desirable but not essential.
- Digital marketing expertise also desirable.
