    The current opening is for a Quality Manager


    Main duties include:
    Oversee and lead the quality department
    Develop quality plans, flow charts, inspection methods, procedures, and standards
    Supervise, mentor, and train engineers and associates in the quality department
    Perform quality investigations, determine root-cause of issues and implement corrective actions
    Communicate and interface with external and internal customers
    Train employees in all functions of quality to include ISO9001, AS9100


    Qualifications include:
    B.S. degree required, graduate degree preferred
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quality leadership function
    Prior work experience with AS9100 and NADCAP preferred
    Prior work experience in a leadership role, having direct reports
    Lean manufacturing experience – Green/Black Belt techniques, DMAIC, FMEA, etc.
    ASQ certified Quality Engineer or ASQ certified Manager of Quality preferred, not required
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    Able to travel when necessary
