For our location in Bretten, we are currently looking for a:

SERVICE ADVISOR (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adherence to the service core process (appointment scheduling, preparation, vehicle intake, coordination of repairs/service in the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, postappointment followup)
Conducting direct intake and informing customers about necessary vehicle repairs
Invoicing of service orders and explanation of invoices
Management of external orders
Active sales of service, parts, and accessories
Maintaining customer relationships

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Successfully completed vocational training as a car mechanic, preferably with a master's degree or certification as a service advisor
Relevant work experience as a service advisor is desirable
Proficient use of servicerelated tools
Technical product and model knowledge is an advantage
Good organizational skills, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
