For our Marketing & Sales department at
BURBACH LOCATION, we are looking for a qualified
Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:


  • Support the sales team with all administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Coordinate internal and external delivery dates
  • Schedule and plan appointments and create customer agreements
  • Create sales statistics and monitor set sales KPIs
  • Data entry and maintenance in the CRM system

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Successfully completed commercial training with a business background or comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in sales support is desirable
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing as well as CRM systems is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Independent, structured and customeroriented way of working
