Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for filling open positions in the IT & software engineering field in close collaboration with our business managers
  • Research and approach suitable candidates on social networks
  • Conduct interviews
  • Create job advertisements
  • Assist with general recruiting tasks
  • Support in employer branding efforts

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree, preferably in human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in recruiting professionals in the tech industry
  • Empathetic and communicative with a handson mentality
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
