HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For our client, a long-established company with a high quality standard in the yacht and shipbuilding industry, we are looking for an HR Generalist.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a generalist, you will take on comprehensive HR tasks and support employees from the beginning of their employment until their departure, as a competent team member in the HR department
You will create employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and references, and ensure the preparation and followup of monthly payroll
Furthermore, you will independently manage contracts for company pension schemes
You will also work with department heads to develop personnel and organizational solutions, create task and organizational analyses, and staffing plans
Finally, you will manage and review personnel files, handle correspondence, and comply with applicable regulations and deadlines

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained experience in HR
You are proficient in MS Office programs
