Tasks
Als (Junior/Senior) Consultant - Support Engineering ist es Dein Ziel, einen stabilen und störungsfreien Support der Geschäftsprozesse durch die Hochverfügbarkeit einer Cloud-Plattform für einen unserer Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie zu erreichen.
Eine schnelle Wiederherstellung im Fehlerfall und eine kompetente und User-orientierte Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests ist ein wesentlicher Teil Deiner Aufgabe.
Du stellst den Support während der wiederkehrenden Testphasen sicher, damit dem Anwender ein stabiles System zum Testen zur Verfügung steht.
Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern von unserem Kunden, unseren Tech-Partnern und Alter Solutions ist wichtig.
Du dokumentierst die Bearbeitungsschritte und Lösungen in den zentralen Ticketsystemen unseres Kunden.

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik / Mathematik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung. Du kannst erste Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von DevOps-Methoden vorweisen. Kenntnisse in einer der gängigen Programmiersprachen (Python, .NET, Java, C, C#) sowie in CI und CD sind von Vorteil. Du kannst gut im Team arbeiten und bist im Stande lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten. Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (Deutsch wünschenswert) sowie die Bereitschaft in einem Schichtsystem zu arbeiten und ggf. auch Nachtschichten gegen entsprechende Vergütung zu übernehmen.
