We are currently seeking a
Grants and Funding Coordinator (m/f/d) to join the business office of KJF gGmbH, with a focus on supporting children, youth, and families at Sacred Heart University, CT.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Researching funding programs, guidelines, and thirdparty funding opportunities
  • Acquiring donations and sponsorships
  • Preparing and processing applications for grant approval and disbursement, including conceptual work and development, as well as reporting and reimbursement
  • Creating cost and financing plans, explanatory and technical reports, and usage reports for donors and sponsors
  • Independently managing and coordinating deadlines and tasks
  • Preparing written correspondence and maintaining cooperative communication with funding providers
  • Building trusting and supportive relationships with management and networking

Qualifications:


  • Expertise in the field, organizational skills, selfmotivation, and excellent communication
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly structured, planned, careful, and independent work style with milestones, measures, and deadlines
  • High level of commitment and absolute reliability
  • Experience in grant management, project management, and networking is an advantage
