    Description
    Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
    • Onsite Phoenix, AZ 85034
      • Pay rate: $19/hr
      • Work Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST
      • Start Date: 5/20
      • Training: Training will be for 5 days from 7:00 AM MST - 3:30 PM MST/9:00 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST. Day 5 will be mock calls.

      salary: $ $19 per hour

      work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
      education: High School

      Responsibilities
      • handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
      • answering inbound and outbound calls
      • processing email, chat and callback interactions.
      • Must have 1 year of previous call center experience shown on resume

      • Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent and be willing to submit to a background check
