Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

in Full or Part-Time (minimum 25 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Timely booking of bank statements and verification, coding, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices and cash transactions (invoice accounting)
  • Booking of active and passive accruals and provisions according to specifications
  • Booking, verification, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Processing of freight wages and cost accounting
  • Handling of payments and VAT declarations as well as periodend closings
  • Data entry and maintenance

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk, balance sheet accountant, or financial accountant (m/f/d), but more importantly, relevant professional experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or general ledger accounting
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Quick comprehension and a careful and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in German (spoken/written) foreign languages are not required
