Job Description
- Participation in and execution of projects in the large press shop
- Implementation of forming technology into optimal production plans with optimal material utilization
- Creation and modification of work plans, parts lists, material master data, forging and pressing plans
- Determination of the production process in consultation with all involved departments
- Use of simulation software
- Supervision of sample pressings until series start-up, including scheduling and tracking deadlines
- Documentation of dosing and pressing experiments, analysis of results in a team, optimization of forging and pressing plans
Qualifications
- Completed degree (university/FH) in the field of production or manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, forming technology, materials science, or equivalent
- Product and process knowledge, knowledge of occupational safety, environmental and quality management
- In-depth knowledge of ERP SAP
- Ability to read technical drawings and CAD knowledge
- Excellent English skills
- High level of personal responsibility and attention to detail, enjoyment of working in a team
