We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for mobile solutions in Glenwood, AL.


These core tasks will fill your workday:

  • Conducting number or SIM card exchanges
  • Checking the status of orders for devices and replacement cards, including tracking shipments
  • Sending out replacement cards
  • Blocking and setting up services
  • Responding to billing inquiries
  • Providing general advice on special services (WAP, GPRS, UMTS)
  • Tariff consultation
  • Providing general advice on devices and accessories
  • Subsequent processing and followup of phone calls
