Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior leadership team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and streamline office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ready to take ownership of their responsibilities and drive efficiency within the executive suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize emails and calendars for three executives, ensuring optimal organization and time management.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, and follow-up actions.
Develop and implement efficient office procedures to support executive activities.
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and privacy.
Assist in project management tasks, providing support to ensure timely and successful completion.
Oversee travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the executives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting VP-level executives or higher.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
Proficiency in office software and strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Compensation:

$45,000 to $55,000
