The PLUSPUNKT Sales and Marketing Company GmbH is an innovative service provider in the field of marketing and business management and supports over 50 Pluspunkt pharmacies throughout Germany.

We are currently looking for a Director of Management (m/f/d) for the Wedding Pharmacy (a Pluspunkt pharmacy) and the two branch pharmacies Doc+ Pharmacy and Lilien Pharmacy.

As a Director of Management (m/f/d) and pharmacist, you will be responsible for the operational management of our three pharmacies in Berlin.

Your tasks will include ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacies, compliance with legal requirements, and achieving company goals.

You will also be responsible for promoting teamwork and collaboration among the pharmacy teams, and acting as a central point of contact between the owner of the pharmacies and the teams to help achieve company goals.


Other tasks include:

Reporting and analysis:
Creating reports and analyses to support the owner


Organizational interface:
Responding to and handling pharmaceutical, organizational, and technical inquiries from branch managers and employees


Communication:
Acting as a liaison between branch managers and the management team


Project management:
Taking responsibility for important projects, such as developing pharmaceutical services and implementing the Pluspunkt Pharmacy marketing concept


Employee development:
Organizing and conducting training and further education measures for the team.

We are looking for someone with:

Ideally, a license as a pharmacist and good business knowledge Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate diverse tasks in a demanding environment Strong communication skills and teamwork to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
