    What's the role?

    • The Regional Manager is responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies through their team in a specific area within the Grand Rapids market. This position focuses on achieving performance goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as defined by the market organization (MO). Additionally, the Regional Manager plays a key role in developing the team's potential and future leaders within the organization.

    What does the role involve?

    • Responsible for driving Value Creation in the region by leading and developing the Sales Team. The main objective is to recruit, train, and motivate the team to surpass targets and achieve profitable growth. This role includes promoting strategic account development, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable sales growth.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior experience leading a team of field-based, sales-focused professionals.
    • Ability to excel both independently and in a team setting.
    • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and executing strategic concepts effectively.
    • Strong time management and territory planning abilities.
    • Must possess persuasive skills, sales acumen, customer-centric approach, and teamwork mindset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, smartphones, and maintaining a professional appearance.
    • Potential for career advancement may involve relocation.
