Titans Summer Program Enrichment Coordinator is the supervisor responsible for creating enrichment activities pertaining to art, dance, and sports.

Enrichment Coordinators must also be able to coach staff on how to implement these activities and could be asked to lead specific activities when necessary.

Enrichment Coordinators are responsible for the overall supervision of the enrichment activities taking place at a site and all students/staff participating in them.

Must maintain contact with the Site Lead/Assistant Site Lead, Program Coordinator and Program Director regarding all aspects of the program and must be committed to being a constant presence during all hours of operation.

Enrichment Coordinators must have high energy, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain a fun and organized atmosphere through their planned activities.


  • Must be available to work five (5) days a week

Elementary & Middle School:
Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Essential Duties:


  • Must implement all Titans After School Program rules and procedures.
  • Must display professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to manage 2025 students per class and oversee multiple staff members under them.
  • Directly working with students is a must.
  • Works with Program Director and Program Coordinator to prepare and implement program activities.
  • Communicates regularly with the Program Director and Program Coordinator regarding all aspects of the program.
  • Required to stay past the scheduled time when students are picked up past normal checkout time, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Ensures the program materials and equipment are available and working.
  • Responsible for managing service learners, interns, and volunteers at the site to ensure they are implementing activities properly.
  • Accurately track students' progress using the programmatic protocol.
  • Responsible for having their vehicle of transportation. This position will require the use of your vehicle from time to time to transport program equipment from sites or to report to other locations if needed.
  • Responsible for helping guide other staff members to enhance their job performance.
  • Create and implement engaging educational curriculum on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Provide students with educational enrichment which may include positive youth development strategies, recreation and prevention activities and the ability to teach youth positive life skills.
  • Ensures students receive constant supervision and provides a safe and supported environment at all times.
  • Responsible for clocking in/out on the site's desktop computer only. (LC/SC/AC may clock in using the Web Clock App if offsite at the time.)
  • Must complete an electronic timesheet and must make any corrections when timesheets are due.
  • Must approve own hours and all staff timesheets as scheduled biweekly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Must be available to work five (5) days a week

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Supervisory skills are a must.
  • Proven leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Responsible for creating fun, engaging enrichment activities.
  • Understanding behavior management and effective disciplinary techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and partnering relationship skills.
  • Ability to keep track of all curriculum at the site.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. _Word, Excel_) and Google Drive.
  • Must be flexible, teamoriented, childfocused, and want to make a difference in the lives of children.

EDUCATION:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Prolonged sitting in front of computer.

Walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry 10-20 pounds of objects/material, not exposed to extreme noise level, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
