Position Summary :
Responsible for processing payroll, including reviewing time and unit tracking, verifying, calculating, and reconciling a variety of payroll transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a self-starter and action-oriented individual who works well in a team environment. To perform this job successfully, the individual must perform each essential duty effectively. Bilingual is a plus.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Maintain and document all payroll records;
Maintain and submit payroll data to 3rd pay service provider;
Distribution of pay checks;
Detect and resolve issues related to payroll;
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;
Responsible for overseeing all payroll staff;
Liaison with 3rd party providers on all payroll and payroll tax related issues.
Preferred Skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Must have an understanding of Payroll and Accounting Principles and Practices
Proven relationship management skills
