- Conduct prehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and munication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address students' speech and language needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, using evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve munication skills and facilitate academic progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' speech and language goals and integrate therapy into the classroom environment
- Monitor and document student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and municate regularly with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and positive outes
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Louisiana
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of assessments and interventions for a wide range of speech and language disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and language impairments
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
