We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Product Development in our BOSS Womenswear Jersey department (M/F/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for steering the entire product development process for Jersey products such as T-Shirts, Polos, Sweaters, and Jersey Trousers.

This includes seasonal development, NOS, and in-season capsules to achieve our KPIs. You will also oversee central costing activities and work closely with our creative team to ensure successful product development. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

As a leader, you will also be responsible for developing and mentoring your team, as well as driving process optimization and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent working experience.

You should also have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product development and sourcing of textile products, with a strong understanding of Jersey products.

Previous leadership experience is also required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in business English
