Our main focuses are in the areas of sanitation, heating, building components and tools, as well as steel. To expand our team, we are currently looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities

  • Supporting and advising our employees from hiring to leaving the company
  • Independently processing payroll for a defined group of employees, including all related tasks
  • Handling administrative and organizational tasks, from contract creation to company events
  • Creating and maintaining regular statistics
  • Participating in HR projects (e.g. HR digitization, social recruiting)

Your profile

  • Solid professional experience in the HR field and a commercial education
  • Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Enjoy working with people, team spirit, and initiative
  • Social competence, empathy, discretion, and loyalty
