Your responsibilities

  • You support your branch manager in all matters related to the professional management, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
  • This includes not only optimizing processes behind the scenes, but also actively working on the sales floor
  • You take care of scheduling and inventory and represent the branch manager in their absence
  • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers
Your profile

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
Your benefits

  • Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
