    We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to bolster our clientele within the Charleston coastal market, covering areas from Hilton Head to Myrtle Beach and beyond. The ideal candidate will work remotely within their designated sales territory.

    This role is crucial to our sales team, tasked with uncovering new business prospects, managing current accounts, and boosting sales in the assigned area. We require a proactive, results-oriented individual with extensive knowledge of aluminum products in patio and industrial applications.

    Compensation Package: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, inclusive of a car allowance.

    Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, cold calling, and networking. Develop and implement a sales strategy to broaden our customer base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong ties with existing clients. Deliver exceptional support to ensure client contentment and lasting partnerships.
    • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to both potential and current clients, highlighting the advantages of aluminum products in patio and industrial settings.
    • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Offer feedback to management for refining product offerings and sales tactics.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client engagements, and transactions via CRM software. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for review.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's aluminum product range and industry innovations. Educate clients on product specifications, benefits, and applications.
    • Negotiation and Close: Engage in pricing, terms, and contract negotiations with clients. Finalize sales to meet or exceed set targets.
    • Travel: Journey within your designated territory to meet clients, partake in trade shows, and engage in industry events.
    • Carry out other assigned job responsibilities as necessary.

    Requirements for an Outside Sales Representative:

    • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Ability to travel daily within the designated region, with overnight stays when needed.
    • Minimum of 2 years in construction or building materials sales.
    • Familiarity with industrial metals is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential.
    • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks amid frequent interruptions.
