- Assist with the routing of supplier invoices using our AP software platform
- Investigate and resolve outstanding supplier issues
- Respond to emails/phone calls related to invoice payment status
- Work closely with Procurement/Project Teams to resolve discrepancies between the PO and the invoice
- Manage weekly invoice hold reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Complete vendor credit applications
- Review lien waivers for accuracy
- Process timely supplier/expense report payments
- Research, prepare and provide annual 1099 statements to vendors and the IRS
- Research outstanding checks and maintain required support for voided checks to comply with unclaimed property law.
- Perform/Assist with month-end closing procedures and various reconciliations.
