Job Description:


  • You will provide outpatient care for adolescents mostly unaccompanied minors between the ages of 16 and 2
  • You will work with all relevant institutions in the support system
  • You will advise and support the adolescents in areas such as school, health, residence status, leisure activities, finances, career orientation, housing search, household management, and nutrition
  • You will document the progress of the support
  • You will participate in conceptual processes of the facility

Requirements:


  • You have a degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have professional experience with the target group
  • You are flexible, able to work in a team, and committed
  • You have empathy for the situation of refugees
  • You are responsible and have assertiveness
  • You are interested in working in a collegial and innovative environment
