To strengthen our ambitious and implementation-oriented team in
Königsbach-Stein, located between Karlsruhe and Pforzheim, we are looking for you full-time as a
Technical Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) / Central Dispatching.


What to expect:


  • Requesting and obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Placing orders in the ERP system
  • Tracking deadlines for purchasing components or outsourcing work processes
  • Creating production orders in the ERP system
  • Printing work documents
  • Assisting with production data collection (correcting production times)

What sets you apart:


  • You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, or have a comparable qualification
  • You also have practical experience in clerical work and possibly in purchasing
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications
  • You are familiar with ERP systems, knowledge of PSI Penta would be a bonus
  • You have a selfsufficient, structured, and careful way of working
  • Good teamwork and communication skills round out your profile
