Your tasks

  • As a responsible team member, you will be in charge of the successful implementation of hardware and software development projects for our fire protection products in North Myrtle Beach.
  • You will work with both traditional and agile methods, balancing cost, time, and budget.
  • You will also contribute to the future development and shaping of the Fagus-GreCon project management framework.
  • In addition, you will coach and support part-time project managers.

Requirements

  • A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field, or a comparable vocational training with additional qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge in managing complex projects using both agile and traditional methods, with a duration of 2-5 years.
  • Several years of experience in project management within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Independent and quality-oriented work style.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.

Additional skills in the following areas are advantageous:

  • Experience with digitalization projects.
