Your tasks:

Accompanying a specific child in their school and Kita routine
Individual and needsbased support and promotion
Recording the child's learning progress and reporting to parents
Consultation with our coordinators

Your profile:

Passion for working with children
Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
Warmth and a reliable and trustworthy work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively in German
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have previous experience as a kindergarten/KITA teacher, babysitter, inclusion assistant, or integration support. You may also have worked as a school companion, nursing assistant, or in the healthcare field this is not a requirement
Career changers or employees without formal training are also welcome.
