Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing challenging construction projects, including civil engineering, road construction, and earthworks.
  • You will report directly to the branch manager.
  • You will assist with bidding and contract negotiations.
  • You will negotiate with clients, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • You will oversee all projects within your responsibility in terms of construction progress.
  • You will ensure timely and highquality execution of projects.
  • You will lead and manage your team (m/f/d).
  • You will organize construction meetings with project stakeholders (m/f/d).
  • You will handle claims and change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding and sense of responsibility for economic success.
  • Indepth knowledge of VOB and a strong focus on cost and performance.
