    What You'll Do:

    The Senior Digital Risk Manager will support the division in identifying, evaluating, reducing, and overseeing operational, strategic, financial, technical, and other risks. This role will lead the risk management program, conducting and facilitating risk assessments, linking risks across reporting responsibilities, and aiding the divisional Digital Risk Leader in prioritizing risk mitigation efforts. Collaboration with various stakeholders including Digital division leaders and risk representatives from other divisions is key.
    • Offer independent advice to leaders and associates by managing the risk assessment process of high-risk areas and processes to address significant risks, covering ethical business practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of how specific risk indicators may evolve across reporting responsibilities and provide specialized risk management expertise that significantly influences the firm's strategy.
    • Aggregate and present risk assessment data across areas to enable business and senior leaders to proactively manage the firm/division's risk profile.
    • Guide and support business process owners in conducting root cause analyses and developing controls to effectively mitigate identified control gaps (control design).
    • Create and implement a process, system, and project testing plan to evaluate system integrity and control effectiveness, including deploying tools and methodologies for risk assessment.
    • Generate risk documentation to support leaders and other stakeholders in establishing controls to address identified risks both in the short and long term.
    • Assist the Digital Risk Leader in devising a risk strategy to optimize the firm's advantages while minimizing risk exposure, establishing systems for controlling and monitoring risks, such as early warning detection systems that alert leaders to new or evolving risks.
    What Experience You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree (business or Information Systems/Technology preferred)

    • 2+ years internal audit, risk management, compliance, or internal control experience with in-depth knowledge of process analysis and control design techniques

    • 5+ years Information Technology or IT Risk and Controls experience

    • CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications
