For our clinic, we are currently looking for a Head (m/f/d) of Quality and Risk Management in a full-time position as a staff member of the management.

The Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst is a hospital providing standard care with specialized services, run by the municipality and with 850 employees, making it one of the largest employers in Delmenhorst.

With 290 beds, we provide care for patients from the city of Delmenhorst, the neighboring district of Oldenburg, and the surrounding areas of Bremen.

We have recently begun the construction of our new hospital building, which will be completed by 2026 at the same location.

The Quality and Clinical Risk Management department carries out certification projects, surveys, and quality measures, prepares quality reports, and supports the clinic and medical centers in the implementation and methodological development of the quality and clinical risk management system.

Continuous quality improvement and patient safety are of high importance in our clinic. In 2027, we will move into a new hospital building - join us in shaping the processes.

Your tasks:
