Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Recruiting (applicant management:
conducting interviews, active sourcing,

scheduling appointments, and creating job

descriptions and advertisements)

  • Employer Branding (expanding employer image,
supporting personnel and university fairs)

  • Onboarding and offboarding of our employees (including
creating qualified employment references)

  • Preparing payroll and salary statements (e.g.
processing absences and sick leave)

  • Training organization
