About the Role

The Senior Communication Consultant role is responsible for managing client and internal relationships, while leading multimedia communication projects and workstreams for clients. You are a skilled communication strategist, writer, and editor who confidently guides your internal team of designers, project managers, and technical experts. You also will contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading the development of effective multi-media communication campaigns which drive consumers to utilize products and services.
• Staying current with industry and communication trends to anticipate client needs, and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels.
• Consulting with clients at the senior HR level.
• Serving as backup for the leader of the communications team.
• Willing to work under short/tight deadlines managing multiple client deliverables without jeopardizing quality.
• Building, managing, and maintaining packaged communication solutions.
• Adhering to best practices and standards for projects across all clients
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities; creating proposals and advancing sales initiatives, and financial management

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR and benefits expertise.
• Able to comfortably engage with and present to clients.
• Demonstrate ability to deliver assignments/projects with excellence and profitability.
• Able to assimilate source materials, input from subject matter experts, and other relevant documentation to create strategic recommendations and content.
• Able to provide clear and concise art direction to graphic designers.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

102,400 USD

Maximum :

162,600 USD
