    Our team in South Plainfield currently has an opening for a Director Controlling Pharma- Americas
    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Summary:


    Ensure transparency of business performance across the region in a BSP Business Unit to facilitate informed economic decision-making and co-piloting to Regional Head.


    Job Description:

    • Support BSP BU President to set up regional BU
    • Financial steering & business co-piloting incl. planning, forecasting, trending and analysis
    • Drive actions for improvement of BSP BU in the region
    • Co-Piloting to BSP BU President
    • Prepare and evaluate investment decisions when required
    • Support M&A in valuation, negotiations support, alignment with stakeholders
    • Lead Post Merger Integration Management

    YOUR PROFILE

    Education and Experience:

    • 8-10 years of professional experience in financial management with prior experience in the Chemical Distribution landscape seen as an advantage
