Your responsibilities as Deputy Head of Residential Care:

Providing individual basic and medical care according to the wishes of our residents is a matter of the heart for you.
You place great value on individual care and tailor the activating daily routine to the needs of the residents.
Proper documentation of the entire care process and evaluation of the initiated care measures is a matter of course for you.
In your daily work, you take on the deputy leadership of the residential care team in all matters, as well as duty and vacation planning.
As an expert in your field, you confidently assist our residents and their families with any questions they may have.

Your profile as Deputy Head of Residential Care:

You have completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse or nursing specialist and ideally have professional experience in a leadership position.
Your computer skills in common systems for care documentation (e.g. DAN) are an advantage.
