We are currently looking for permanent full-time lawyers (m/f/d) for procurement and contract law at our offices in Bonn or Erfurt (with the option to choose).


Exciting tasks are waiting for you

  • In the procurement departments, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of legal examinations and legal approval of procurement procedures for the respective specialist department at defined milestones in the procurement process. You will provide legal advice within the department and handle legal questions related to the areas of responsibility.
  • You will support the procurement officers responsible for the proper execution of procurement procedures and provide legal assistance in preparing the necessary documents. In contract management, you will be responsible for all civil law issues of the department, such as contract adjustments, performance disruptions, etc., unless they are of fundamental importance.
  • You will use your legal expertise to support the coordination process with our clients. A focus of your work will also be on utilizing the legal leeway for sustainable procurement. You will also work closely with the legal department on fundamental issues.
  • In the Z 13 department procurement law, contract matters, legal department you will represent the procurement office in (extra)judicial disputes, particularly review procedures before the Federal Procurement Chamber (VK Bund) and the procurement senate at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, as well as representing the office in proceedings before civil courts.
  • You will advise and support the management level and specialist departments on all fundamental procurement and civil law
