As a Sales Executive, you will work in a proactive role to develop and secure new business for Payroll Partners as you identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Quickly identify goals and challenges that prospective clients face and present the best payroll solution for their business
Respond to prospects within agreed upon timeframe
Meet or exceed agreed-upon weekly activity goals
Consistently close new business at or above quota level
Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities
Build relationships with prospects, internal stakeholders and referral sources, such as accounting firms, banks and brokers to grow new business
Work collaboratively with Payroll Partners marketing, technology and support departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
Help shape the future of Payroll Partners mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
Present ideas and best practices to prospective clients
Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of our HCM services, industry and clients' industries
Deliver effective payroll technology demonstrations to prospective clients
Maintain ongoing relationship with new clients
Project a positive image in representing Payroll Partners to clients and the community
