is a core component of the Customer Experience team at Thomson Reuters. They will

and others in the organization. The Customer Experience Analyst, O&T will work specifically with
our functions and partner with the larger analytics group to share the
overall
Customer Experience team
vision.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, and enjoys working with both quantitative and qualitative information, and has a knack interpreting data to tell a story.
About the Role
In this opportunity as the Customer Experience Analyst, you will:
Analysis of customer feedback alongside operational data to identify customer experience trends and insights within operations and technology
Support CX initiatives within Ops and Tech by conducting data analysis, identifying pain points
and areas of opportunities to improve customer experiences Youre a fit for the role of Customer Experience Analyst
if you
have : 1-3 years of relevant experience
Innate empathy and desire to improve customer experiences.
Effective communication skills . Experience developing sampling methodologies and segmentation strategies
Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative information
Experience with relationship and transactional survey methods
Desire to work across global teams to influence company change to enhance the customer experience
