    Bespoke Aesthetics, located in luxurious West Palm Beach, FL, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

    This role calls for someone with experience in luxury sales, whether it be high-end retail, plastic surgery, or aesthetic dermatology. We need a self-starter who thrives on organization and is a vital member of a team.

    At Bespoke Aesthetics, we value individuals with an enthusiasm for sales, a willingness to learn, and a comfort with luxury aesthetic services. Excellent people skills, a friendly personality, and proficiency in Apple computer systems are a must. As a patient coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing top-notch customer service from the moment they call or walk in.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Adhering to Bespoke Aesthetics Employee Handbook guidelines
    • Maintaining a positive self image at work
    • Using internet platforms like Alle, ASPIRE, Evolus Rewards, and more
    • Registering and scheduling patients on reward platforms
    • Following up with patient leads via phone calls
    • Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival
    • Managing appointments and patient records
    • Handling payments and notifications
    • Participating in office trainings
    • Ensuring a clean and organized patient lounge
    • Collaborating with team members
    • Discussing and booking aesthetic treatment plans confidently

    • 8-hour shifts
    • Day shift, Monday to Friday

    • Must be able to commute/relocate to West Palm Beach, FL 33401
