We provide Hope, Help and Happiness to our clients by giving them the resources necessary to maintain their independence and remain at home.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Assist with answering & handling incoming calls, enthusiastically responding to client inquiries & caregiver support.
- Complete intake/onboard new clients.
Manage client authorizations from MCOs for clients with Medicaid LTC
- Assist with scheduling & care coordination for clients according to client needs & caregiver skillsets to ensure continuity of quality care.
- Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs and any changes to their care plan or medical status.
- Proactive client check ins to gather feedback and ensure that all clients are satisfied with the level service and care from caregivers referred.
- Verify time records with schedules and ensure caregivers are utilizing the EVV system.
- Work within HHAExchange to ensure all schedules, rates, client information, caregiver information and data are uploaded and entered correctly.
- Conduct interviews of caregivers to screen them for qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Conduct orientation to complete "newhire" paperwork & ensure all caregivers have proper documentation in order to be compliant with AHCA and Compassionate Care standards.
- General office support as directed by Administrator or office manager.
- On Call Rotation
- Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals. (Person On Call gets a weekday off the week they're on call).

Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask and function with mínimal direction.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), documentation skills, interpersonal skills, and problemsolving skills.
- At least 2 years' experience in the home healthcare industry (Scheduling and/or recruiting experience preferred)
- Highschool diploma or GED (College Degree Preferred)
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook (Experience in HHAExchange or similar scheduling/billing software preferred)
- Must pass Level II FBI Background screening
- Must have a willingness to learn/ Teachable
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
